When hiring a vendor, here is a tip to ask to ensure you hire a solid professional to arrive at your event to make it priceless. If you don’t feel comfortable with any of the answers, it’s best to not hire. Our team is professional trained ensuring your event is perfect. Upon looking at other companies, this is our recommendation to ask/review:
History of Company
- How long has the company been in business and are they insured with $2m COI?
- Do they have a portfolio showcasing previous events?
- Are there testimonials or reviews from past clients?
Quality of Equipment
- What type of camera equipment do they use? Ensure they use a DSLr
- Is the photo booth itself sturdy and well-maintained?
- Do they offer options for customization such as backdrops, props?
- Pillow-top backdrops to prevent light coming through and wrinkle free
- Sign props, custom props, etc.
Features and Technology
- Can guests share their photos instantly on social media?
- Are there additional features like GIF creation, green screen effects, AI transformation, or filters?
- Are there options for customizing prints with logos, text, or branding?
- How many prints are included per session, and is there an option for unlimited prints?
Onsite Attendant and Support
- Will there be a trained attendant present during the event?
- How responsive is the company's customer support in case of technical issues or questions?
- Is setup and breakdown of the photo booth included in the service?
Customization Options
- Can the photo booth be customized to match the theme or branding of the event?
- Are there options for creating custom overlays, digital backgrounds, or interactive elements?
- Does the company offer data collection options, such as email or phone number capture?
- Can they provide analytics or insights on photo booth usage and engagement?
